1. Program
Produce More Coffee Program was initiated by Chris Muhango, the founder of Tig Institute – a management and communications non-profit organization, to mobilize Role Models and Coffee Production Influencers to promote increased coffee production and improved post-harvest handling practices in their parishes, under the he Parish Development Model (PDM) strategy. PDM is a strategy by the government of Uganda for organizing and delivering public and private sector interventions for wealth creation and employment generation at the parish level as the lowest economic planning unit. Coffee is Uganda’s top cash and export crop. Uganda is Africa’s top coffee exporter, currently exporting about 6.5 million bags. Uganda set a coffee export target of 20 million bags by 2030 in order to increase farmers’ incomes.
2. Use of Market Uganda web-based systems and portals
People interested in using Produce More Coffee web-based platforms, APPs, systems, games, forms and links are expected to register using forms provided by supplying information as required. A registered user logs in and subscribes to the system and platform. Use of most of Produce More Coffee services is at no cost, but in particular cases, where users are required to make financial contributions to support the program, there are functions in place to assist users make payments using online and offline tools. A registered user’s information will be automatically deleted if the required financial contribution is not made in that particular case. Making financial contributions does not, in any way, constitute a buy and sell arrangement. Participating in the program is done on a voluntary and social development basis. Program users will not ask for services or refund of contributions.
3. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Use
The terms and conditions of use outlined on this Website and other Produce More Coffee platforms are rules regarding user responsibility, behavior and expectations. The terms also provide information about the actions the site administrator can and will perform. These terms and conditions are a contract between the Portal, Website, portal, link or system or APP and users. By using Produce More Coffee Portal, Websites, portals, links, systems or APPs, you agreed and accept all terms and conditions written here and implied as well as Produce More Coffee privacy policy. You must not use Produce More Coffee Websites, portals, links, systems or APPs and other associated tools if you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions. Other than the content you own as the user, Tig Institute on behalf of Chris Muhango or partners and licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in Produce More Coffee Websites, portals, links, systems or APPs. These include written information, audios, video text, images or other materials. The users are granted limited permission only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

They may also be subject to various security problems including but not limited to actual disturbance in case of illegal use of user information as well as threatened insecurity of your terminal device information and data due to possible presence of viruses and malwares in other software downloaded by the third parties, users or other Websites visited by the user, which in turn affect the normal use of the system, App, links and portals. Therefore, users should have higher understanding and expertise in information safety, security and protection for personal information and pay attention to protecting user passwords to avoid losses. 9. Comparability of our Web based systems and App
TIG Institute does not warrant that our Web based systems and APPs will be compatible with all Web based systems, digital and mobile device or hardware, software, equipment or device installed on users applications, mobile device or used by you to access and use the applications in connection any devices. You acknowledge that compatibility issues may cause poor performance, delayed service, failure to offer service, permanent damage to mobile device and accessories, loss of data on devices and or accessories, corruption of software and files. You acknowledge and agree that TIG Institute shall have no liability to you for any losses suffered resulting from or arising from connectivity, compatibility issues and related issues.
10. Limitation of liability
In no event or circumstances shall TIG Institute nor any of its associates, agents, directors, officers and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of these Websites and associated systems, portals and links whether such liability is under contract or not, indirect or consequential.
11. Indemnification
As a user, you hereby indemnify to the fullest extent TIG Institute and its associated administrators, agents, officers and representatives from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

TIG Institute is permitted to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website and associated portals and links you are expected to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
14. Assignment
TIG Institute is allowed to assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without any notification. However, users are not allowed to assign, transfer or subcontract any of the rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
15. Entire Agreement

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and you as user submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uganda for the resolution of any disputes.
